Alphabox, A blackboxed sound of your mind
EpilogueSometimes it's even harder to say something you're supposed to know well. Alpha box Friday is the case. I started my djing in Alpha on 14th March, one month later of Valentine's day. Why I made it on the day was a long story. Ever since 14th of March, Friday, I have been continuing my Friday sessions until now. Largely because Thinker, my best friend and best mentor of SL Technology and design, let me have a chance to test myself as a dj. He also still encourages me to keep it on, every time I lose my confidences on my sets and types.
As many people know, Alpha Box is the first minimal club in SL, and it has very deep credibility and reliability among minimal fans in SL. What I learned from SL clubbing and djing since the initial trying, was building a club is easy, but keeping your club business on is the hardest thing in SL. Thinker Moy keeps his business for such a long time, and he moved his Alpha prims so many times, for so many reasons. He is still on his deep rooted business and I admire it. As much as I admire his business and accomplishment, I feel it is very hard to stand in the dj box of Alpha. The time I'm standing in it is the happiest, and the most tensioned moment of every week.
